We are located on 30 beautiful acres along Tanner’s Creek with more than half of the land reserved as greenspace to be used for your outdoor leisure and recreation. The community consists of 84 building lots where homes of varying types and sizes can be built to suit the needs of homeowners wanting a more carefree lifestyle.
